Markus is a multidisciplinary advertising creator. With a long background as producer, exec producer and part time director/creative, his skills are best put into play on projects that benefit from not separating director and producer into different brains, and you need someone who can think big and beyond. Born in the south of Sweden, he started out as a baker, but after realising that life in the bakery would mean a life of early mornings, he decided to quit. However his love for food was never abandoned. At age 20 he started in the film industry and worked his way from PA, and production manager to 1st AD and finally producer. In 2003 he co-founded Swedish production company Social Club that he ran as MD and Executive producer for 7 years before jumping the fence to become one of Sweden’s most awarded agency producers. A job he has paired with being a part time creative, director and restaurateur.
